Ms. Kelmar has over 20 years experience in managing and designing software, multimedia and game products.

As past President of MedicalWorks Inc. she developed, won and managed four Small Business Innovative Research Grants from the National Institute of Health.

Ms. Kelmar is the founder of the Health Software Evaluation Center (HSEC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to the evaluation of health focused software.
